Return Policy

At Pienly, we value customer satisfaction and always strive to offer a safe and seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help.

How do I return a product?

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving the item. Once we have received and inspected the product, we will refund the full order amount within five business days. Please note that return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Here’s how to make a return:

  1. Send an email to info@pienly.comand specify which products you wish to return.

  2. Wait for confirmation from our customer service team.

  3. Pack the item carefully, preferably in its original packaging.

  4. Send the package to the return address provided by customer service.

  5. Share the tracking number with us via email.

  6. Once the return has been received and approved, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Products that cannot be returned

The following products are not covered by the right of return:

  • Sealed products where the seal has been broken

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned

Return Address

Returns should be sent to the address provided by our customer service.

Order Cancellation

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed, as our order processing begins immediately.

Damaged products upon receipt

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days.
Send us:

  • A clear photo showing the damage and the product label

  • A description of the damage

We always send a replacement product free of charge.
If the replacement product also arrives damaged, we will refund the full amount.

Manufacturing defects or defects after use

A manufacturing defect may sometimes occur after a period of use. This is covered by our warranty, provided it does not involve a wear-and-tear part, such as:

  • Batteries

  • Drive belts

  • Brake parts

  • Lights, chains, sprockets

  • Tires and tubes

  • General moving parts

Incorrect delivery

If you received the wrong product, we will of course take responsibility for the mistake and send the correct item at no extra cost.

Unclaimed packages

If a package is returned to the carrier because it was not picked up, we reserve the right to deduct 100% of the order value from any refund, as the cost is then borne by us.

Lost packages

If a package goes missing during transit, we will first send a replacement package.
If this package is also not delivered, we will follow our refund policy.

Import fees

In rare cases, customs may charge an import fee. This is beyond our control. However, in 99% of cases, no such costs are incurred. If you are charged anyway, please contact us and we will assist you.
